  • ​Kawasaki 21066-7011 Voltage Regulator Installation Guide

  1. Safety FirstDisconnect the ​negative (-) battery terminal.
  2. Remove Old RegulatorLocate regulator near engine/stator. Note wire positions (take photos). Disconnect wiring and unscrew mounting bolts.
  3. Install New RegulatorMount with bolts in same position. Reconnect wires:​Red/Orange → Battery Black → Ground Yellow/White → Stator
  4. Reconnect BatteryAttach negative (-) terminal.
  5. TestStart engine, check voltage (13.5–14.5V at battery).

Note: Verify terminal layout (middle vs. outer terminals may differ from OEM). Double-check wiring to avoid shorts.
