Description:

This voltage to current module can convert 0-24V voltage to 4-20MA output.

It can also be adjusted to any range within 24V by adjusting the potentiometer on the board, e.g:

0-2.5V/0-3.3V/0-4.096V/0-5V/0-10V/0-15V/0-20V/0-24V

Caution:

1. For more accurate parameter adjustment, allow the board to output 20MA of current for 3 minutes before calibration.

2. 2. The supply voltage must be 2V or more greater than the input voltage.

3. The output current must not be greater than 30MA, otherwise the chip will be easily burned

4. Potentiometer adjustment method: Low: clockwise becomes smaller, counterclockwise becomes larger; High: clockwise becomes larger, counterclockwise becomes smaller

Demonstration:

If the output current is not accurate, it can be calibrated by:

1. wire as shown above. vcc/gnd to power supply; OUT/gnd to 4-20MA ammeter; Vi+/Vi- to voltage signal source

2. Input 0V voltage signal and adjust the LOW potentiometer so that the current output is 4.00MA

3. Adjust the voltage signal to the highest level (5V/10V/24V) and adjust the HIGH potentiometer to let the current output 20.00MA.

Demo:

We only offer the 0-5V version, but you can adjust the range you need by adjusting the potentiometer.

For example: You have bought the 0-5V version and you want to change it to the 0-10V version:

1. wire as shown above. vcc/gnd to the power supply; OUT/GND to the 4-20MA ammeter; Vi+/Vi- to the voltage signal source.

2. Input 0V voltage signal, adjust LOW potentiometer to make current output 4.00MA

3. 3. Input 5V voltage signal, adjust HIGH potentiometer, let the current output 10.00MA.

4. Input a 10V signal and adjust the HIGH potentiometer so that the current output is 20.00MA.
