1. Compact Furnace could contain 4KG to 10KG Crucibles

  • Furnace Body Size: 10" diameter x 12"Height (25cm x 30cm)

  • 6KG crucible: 4.7'' diameter x 5.3''Height (12cm x 13.5cm)
  • 6KG crucible can melt 6kg brass or 1.8kg aluminum or 7 kg silver.

Maximum Operating Temperature: 2642°F/1450°C

Melting Metals: Brass, Gold, Silver, Copper, Aluminum, Zinc, Tin and other metals with melting points below 2372℉(1300℃).

This forge burner can be used for knife making, blacksmithing, glass making or anything else you can think of that requires heating up stuff to a really hot temperature.

Connect the Forge Burner to the Melting Furnace

1. Put the coupler (the bell shape flame outlet) inside the hole

2. Slide the steel pipe through the hole

3. Screw into the coupler by thread

  • Use the ceramic insulation to seal the gap between burner and furnace, which could prevent the fire splash
  • Pull the burner outward after the burner installed, keep the burner head immersed in the caremic insulation, which could protect the burner head and ensure the crucible can be placed in the furnace properly.

The burner head is connected by thread, which could be replaced directly if it were damaged during long time smelting.
