  • Camshaft Specs: 217/23x .619"/.607" 114LSA, 3 Bolt Pattern
  • The 5.3 Hot Rod cam is BTR's newest offering for 4.8L & 5.3L displacement LS-based truck engines. This camshaft delivers an aggressive idle while maintaining good street manners. It makes slightly less torque down low than the Truck Norris, yet produces an additional 20+ HP at peak and is a great choice when swapping these engines into lighter car platforms, or for truck/SUV applications with a 2800+rpm stall converter.
  • This camshaft is also a great choice for 5.7/6.0L cars when wanting to have good drivability with a factory torque converter. These newly designed BTR lobes were developed in house and tested on their Spintron and Engine Dyno to achieve the highest overall power curve while also maintaining strict valvetrain stability and durability standards.
