FeiyuTech Follow Focus Module is an Advanced Device for Focusing or Changing the Focal Length.

FeiyuTech FM1 Follow Focus Motor is a motorized follow focus module designed for use with FeiyuTech's SCORP, SOCRP-C and SCORP Pro 3-axis gimbal stabilizers. It is an advanced device for focusing or changing the focal length. It enables remote control of the focus ring on a camera lens from the gimbal, which making it easier to achieve accurate and smooth focus pulls when shooting videos.

The kit consists of an electric motor, a band that is attached to the lens and additional mounting elements. Thanks to the rack and pinion driven by a brushless motor, you will be able to move the rings smoothly. The module will significantly expand the possibilities of working with Scorp stabilisers. The unit features a multi-function button to automatically calibrate the travel to match your lens. In the kit you will find all the necessary accessories for quick and convenient installation on Scorp series gimbals.

One-button calibration

The follow focus module for FeiyuTech’s Scorp series gimbals features a multi-functional button that will allow you to calibrate the stroke and adjust the motor parameters to the installed lens in seconds. You can also do this manually if required. LEDs will inform you of the current operating mode of the module. By pressing the button three times, you can instantly reverse the direction of movement of the motor.

Wide compatibility

The presented follow focus module was created with the Scorp series gimbals in mind. You can easily combine it with models such as the FeiyuTech F2 Scorp, FeiyuTech F4 Scorp Pro and FeiyuTech Scorp-C. The attachment band you will find in the kit is 35 cm long. With it, you will connect the module to dozens of different lenses – from telephoto to medium format lenses. The maximum diameter of supported devices can be as large as 10 cm!

New possibilities of working with the gimbal

The Scorp series gimbals are equipped with special knobs, which allow you to not only control the movements of the gimbal. After connecting a follow focus module, you gain full control over the adjustment of the lens rings, which are responsible for changing the focus point or zoom. Thanks to this solution, comfortable working alone will be even more convenient. Your private focus puller will always be at your fingertips!
