Composite pressure regulator valve and filter are made by Festo. MS4 and MS6 pneumatic filters remove contaminants from compressed air up to 5 or 40 μm (dependent on filter cartridges) Works with pressure ranges of 0.3 to 7 bar and 0.5 to 12 bar, the MS Series filter regulator has high flow rate, integrated return flow exhaust from port 2 to port 1. G1/8 port or G1/4 port available
