Material is 1018. Cold-rolled 1018 has a yield strength of around 54,000 PSI, a tensile strength of 63,000-64,000 PSI, and a Brinell hardness of 126. The cold-rolled 1018 will be better suited to precision applications than hot-rolled 1018 or A36.
