First one got returned as the hitch pin hole was vertical in the receiver tube. Since normal trailer receivers have horizontal pins, this would make the winch drum vertical as well. We'll see what the replacement looks like. Two stars for now.The replacement is fine. I mounted my 13k winch on it and have used it a couple of times. Use was nowhere near the pulling limit force so I can't yet say how strong it is. Getting the replacement was time consuming. The replacement at the initial return was scheduled for delivery a month out. The next day I cancelled and replaced the order and delivery was scheduled two weeks out. The next day I did the same thing again and delivery was scheduled two days out, which is when it came. Strange, but I'm happy now so four stars.

Seems well built but does not fit the Badlands Apex winch. Mount holes don’t line up, and won’t fit with the fairlead installed. On top of that I get to pay for return shipping!

Right squeeze for a Badlands Apex 12k lb winch, but it's worked well so far. Helped pull out 3 cars during the "huge" winter storm in Indiana.Perfect solution for my "I want a winch, but not every day" dilemma. Also will be able to use it with my trucks or trailers without having to buy multiple winches.My only complaint, it could have used another 1/2" all around, but it's clearly stated what the measurements are.

I'm satisfied it's going to do the job. It did do the job I had to do some modifying and welded a flat L stock with hole in them cut off the L end and bolted and welded each end grinded off any putting and spray painted with color black gloss. Easier to carry and transport with the handles.
