This coffee urn is a solid choice for serving a crowd. It heats up quickly and keeps coffee hot for hours without burning it. The temperature control is a nice feature, making it easy to keep coffee at the right heat level without it getting too strong over time.The stainless steel build feels sturdy, and the double insulation does a good job of retaining heat. The spout dispenses smoothly with no leaks or drips, which is important when serving a lot of people.It does take some time to brew a full batch, but that’s expected with a large-capacity coffee maker. Cleanup is straightforward, though it helps to rinse it out right after use. Great for events, offices, or anywhere you need a lot of coffee ready to go.

Ordered this 100 cup coffee maker for use on volunteer weekends. I volunteer at a museum and on weekends we are all requested to be on-site. Normally we would have a 12 cup coffee pot constantly running to make coffee for everyone. Until I decided I had enough of waiting for coffee and got this 100 cup coffee maker. This coffee maker does require a large amount of grounds and water to make a good cup of coffee. However, once you get this ready and hit the heat button it takes almost no time to get the coffee to start brewing. This 100 cup coffee maker is the perfect size for our group as everyone can have two to three cups throughout the day. I would like to have seen the dispenser about an inch or two lower to get the last bit of coffee out. Cleaning this coffee maker is easy as the insides where the coffee is made comes out and you have a large hole to get into to clean. This coffee maker keeps the coffee warm as long as someone remembers to flip the switch.Overall, a great choice in large format coffee making.

This commercial coffee brewer and dispenser is built for quality! It's one of the best commercial coffee urn/ canister I've seen and totally beats some of the more popular brands. It's easy to use and clean-up is a breeze since there are few parts. We recently had a party with about 45 guests and this coffee dispenser held enough coffee and hot by the way, for the crowd, even for seconds! It's heavy duty and well made, looks great, yet functional. Perfect for parties, gatherings, sports and more! It has a lovely "leather texture" covering, which makes it look more modern than some of the ones that are all stainless steel color. The spigot works very well and there's a light indicator so you know if the coffee is kept warm, and an adjustable heat level. Highly recommend.

My husband owns a car lot so as soon as I saw this I knew we had to have it to upgrade the break room. My husband and all the employees are constantly needing to rebrew coffee so they can have some all day long and this has already taken care of that problem! I got this as a surprise for my husband and got it fully installed and set up in no time. It was super easy to install especially if you follow the directions. They are clear and easy to read and I had no problem getting everything assembled. This has a nice design and it looks very nice and sleek and expensive! This matches up perfectly with the ad even down to the measurements so it fit exactly in the spot I had for it. Super heavy duty and super durable. It has a very strong base and I am not worried about it falling over whatsoever. Definitely functions as intended and you can brew a ton of coffee in this. It keeps it nice and hot all day. Now my husband is able to get fresh brewed coffee hot and ready to go all day long! He was beyond impressed by how nice this is and how high quality it feels. Definitely has an industrial / luxury feel to it! Works perfectly as intended and it's super user friendly as well which is a win-win in my book! We could not be happier and definitely have to give this product a solid 10 out of 10! Great bang for your buck and worth every penny!

This urn is great for coffee, but also any hot drink you want to serve for 20-30 people. It works well for large parties/get togethers or if you have a business need. The unit heats up fairly quickly but my unit was a bit noisier than I expected (not too loud, but because it was only me around I could hear it). If it's in a standard louder environment, then this won't be an issue at all.It's well constructed and looks high end, with the outer material mix of faux leather look and other metal and plastics. I have used this for hot tea as well and it's nice to be able to set a temp but also be able to gauge what's remaining. The dispenser spout works well and there's no splatter when liquid is coming out. Overall this is a very good urn for many servings and it's a decent value as well.

This is a huge, well made coffee maker. It's easy to use. It's perfect for family reunions or church gatherings. I think it would also be ideal for catering events, as well.

One feature I particularly appreciate is its versatility; it’s excellent for keeping a large amount of hot water ready for tea, hot cocoa, cup soups, and more.The machine functions reliably, and the insulated cover helps maintain the temperature and protect people from burns. The external gauge to monitor the remaining liquid is a thoughtful addition. However, the unit can be a bit noisy while heating, as it cycles on and off to maintain temperature. This might not be ideal for environments where silence is essential. Overall, it’s a functional and practical choice for events and group settings.
