4.5 Stars for customer responsiveness, quick to correct deficiency in an order. genuine concern for satisfaction. I received 2) 2prong forks instead of the promised 1) 3 prong and 1) 2 prong. It would be an Excellent Product and value IF they correct their Manufacturing of the Handle Attachmant..The way they are made now is the round stock into handle is molded around the perfectly round stock, some are tighter than others, but they all will loosen up over time, which allows the handle to rotate in relation to the forks. Simple Fix is to Flatten the end which goes into the handle before it is molded around it, Stopping it from being able to rotate forever more.

We loved these. They made dipping pretzels, Oreo balls and Oreos a breeze. I would recommend them.

They were inexpensive and did the job but they are not high quality. But then again they are just used for dipping food in chocolate.
