Great after sale service! The flag is amazing. We moved to an area of NV. That occasionally sees winds of 80 mph and our flag and pole took it in stride! Casey got back to us within 15 minutes with a question we had about the pvc sleeve that comes with the kit. We are very satisfied customers. Jim and Rose.

We are pleased with the flag and the pole . A couple of parts were missing , and they responded quickly and resolved the issue God Bless the USA !

Update on my review, customer service is very great. My product didn’t come with all the stuff, and there sending me the missing parts, I must say the box came little beat up and taped up so maybe the stuff fell out. But I would recommend this product. Looks sturdy Looks nice. Going to be putting up this weekend.

Sturdy pole so can support big flag. Solar lights powered by rechargeable battery internal even though it has slots for AA batteries on the light. Would have helped if there had been instructions stating that but Amazon and seller were helpful
