I got this to use for Pelmeni. I actually have a Pelmeni tray but I don't love the way it works and I wanted to try this! I realize it's not at all what it's intended for but I figure it's similar enough! I was right! I really like it and it seems to work better overall for getting the meat to dough ratio that I want. It might not be as traditional but I'm super happy with this and the way everything turned out. When you invest a lot of time into making something it's super disappointing when it doesn't turn out as you expect! This is the first time it tasted similar to what I had while in Ukraine! The tools in this are easy to use and I love the dough cutters. I am an amateur chef and this worked great for me. I can see it being easy for other pasta making too! I love the variety of tools and trays! Great product!

I recently took a pasta class making ravioli and that sparked me wanting to make other pastas, so I thought the CODOHI 11 PCS Gnocchi Pasta Making Tools kit would be a wise investment.....and I was right. This is the perfect kit for a newbie like me and has you covered for almost any kind of pasta. It includes a gnocchi board, wooden pasta cutter, rolling pin, ravioli maker and stamp, dumpling maker, and rolling cutter. All items in this kit are made very well and durable. This is exactly what I needed and look forward to all of the "pastabilities!" (sorry, I had to!)
