This is a great little light and I like the magnet mounts. I use it on a little leather crafting cart bench and if I hit the light with my hand it comes loose instead of breaking the light.

It's a good light, I have three of them. But...they have the odd ability to turn themselves on. All three do it - you switch them off and then some time later they are back on again. I live alone, my cats do not have opposable thumbs (plus they can see in the dark), and it is quite spooky to wake up in the night and find a light shining from the kitchen.

The 2 bulb fixture in my mother's apartment bathroom mirror has been running on one very dim fluorescent bulb for almost 6 months and maintenance has been useless in getting it fixed so I bought her these 2 led strips and she is ecstatic. They are amazingly bright and can be mounted magnetically to use in different positions. She has a Nightly tooth cleaning and facial routine and was almost quitting them due to the poor lighting condition. These strips illuminate everything very nicely and are a clean cool shade of white. Might buy some and adapt them to be under hood lights in my car 😌

I have used many types of LED lighting bars on projects.I believe these to be very well constructed - easily arranged in series - and with lighting on 5 volts they can be mounted almost anywhere. They are quite compact with an excellent rigid aluminum frame.You will not be disappointed.

These lights mount well via sticky tape and magnets and have and 9 or so levels of brightness. The inline controller allows you to turn them off and they will remember what level they were set at when switched back on. Unfortunately if you use something like a surge protector to do so remotely they forget their settings and come back on at maximum brightness. This meant they were mostly useless to me as accent lighting on top of a seven-foot-tall bookcase. Also, at maximum brightness the power converter brick get very warm. Very warm.Not a bad set of lights for the price; just be sure to place them where you can easily reach the controller.

Bought these to use one as a reading light in my daughter's new loft bed, and honestly they are pretty nice. For the price you get 2 full light assemblies with variable levels and even decent length cords. How well will they hold up? Who knows, but I would not hesitate to buy them again. The second one was promptly snatched by the son once he saw how good they were. I'm considering picking up another pair and 3D printing a custom mount for them to use as a nightstand lamp. If I look below it suggests I hit some bullet points: easy to install, magnetic with double sided tape pieces to mount. Easily adjustable light intensity via wired in-line remote. Color, uh, they are white and put out white light. Motion detection - no, they don't do that.

I didn't expect much, because of the price. But boy! Two good light fixtures, ready to go into service. And it dims! I'm using one for a night light over my keyboard, because I'm a visual typer. I haven't decided how to use the other, yet. The light attaches by magnetics in the light, to metal with sticky backs. So, first decide where to put it, then put the metal on the back of the light. Remove the protect film from the magnets, and press it on in place. Remove the light momentarily and press hard with your fingers to get good adhesion, then install the light, and run the wire to the location desired for the on/off switch. It's lit when the light is off. To mount it there, use the included 3M double sided sticky to mount the switch. You'll need a power source within about 3 feet from the switch. You can use the black single sided sticky to dress up the location of the wire. It is very easy to install. I couldn't be more pleased. I got it today, and it took less time than writing this review.
