It has wither fleece, shoulder gussets for freedom of movement, adjustable neck for a perfect fit, low cross surcingles, double buckle front with quick clips, full coverage tail flap, and adjustable leg straps that help keep the blanket down and in place.

This is a great quality blanket. I love that there are some added neck sinches that make for a better fit. Looks great on my big draft boy and keeps him dry and warm. I am very pleased. Great buy.
