The material that is used is cheap metal, and didn’t fit correctly. The recoil spring has to be bent to actually grab stay in place. The amount of rope that comes with it is very small and there isn’t room to snip some if needed. In order for the three teeth that grab the flywheel to even move freely, you have to bend the copper plate upwards or else it will be way too tight and not even engage and retract correctly. Save your money and time by getting a high quality replacement or just by the oem parts used or new from Honda.

The gold teeth u see don’t fit they are lighter an cheaper then the original the pull rope isn’t very long the 3 springs came in bent didn’t use the 2 big springs cause one was to long the other didn’t know where it went
