Wiring was difficult to figure out with no labeling of any kind. Factory carb was mediocre but worked, factory shifter was worthless, and the brake switch connector has to be jumpered for the electric start to work. That last part took me a LONG time to figure out.It fit into my 1984 Honda ATC110, but required about fair bit of cutting into the frame, then bracing to re-strengthen the frame again. The rear engine mount is about an inch higher than the original engine. But I drilled a new hole in the frame and welded in some thick washers for support.After moving to a 15t front sprocket I have the power to wheelie very well, but also top end gets me up to 54mph. With a nibbi performance carb (24mm) It feels like 50% extra horsepower compared to the stock ATC110 engine, but minus the hi/low range.I used a tiny 4AH battery which seems to work well and stays charged with the engine's output.The transmission has a sensor that grounds different wires based on which gear the machine is in. One wire is grounded when it's in neutral, a difterent wire is grounded when it's in reverse, and so on. I couldn't find any gear indicators that worked with the included plug, but I cut the plug off and wired in a gear indicator to the headlight power, then each gear leg on the display to each gear leg from the transmission.
