These are absolutely beautiful! I read other reviews and washed them in a colander first, but other than being kinda dusty, there weren't really any tiny pieces. 10 pounds was about right to fill our propane fire pit. They appear to be clear turquoise on one side and broken mirror bits on the other side. Some chunks were big because the glass didn't break all the way, but that doesn't bother me. I am very pleased with this purchase!

The color of this fire glass is beautiful with lovely reflective properties. We like it so much that we plan to purchase another set in a complementary color. Our fire pit originally came with red rock surround which we don't love and we like this so much better. This glass is completely mesmerizing when our fire pit is on; this classes up and modernizes our fire pit.

MANY OR AT LEAST 1/2 WERE OF THE QUARTER INCH SIZE . WE NEEDED TO PURCHASE 1/4 INCH OPENING HARDWARE CLOTH TO COVER THE BURNERS . THE SMALLER GLASS ENDED UP CHOKING OUT THE FLAMES , WE FIRST TRIED ALUMINUM SCREEN , BUT THAT BURNED THRU . HARDWARE CLOTH ARRIVES TOMORROW , AND IF THAT DOESN'T WORK IT WILL BE BACK TO THE LAVA ROCKS . I’ve added 2 more pics after adding the glass. I’ve found that 10 pounds barely cover my pit . The opening I’ve covered is 14 X 14 inches . I could probably use about another 2 pounds to finish the edges . Other than that they look good. I probably will not order any more as I think 10 pounds is the smallest side . My advice is order about 10” for 150 square inches. Also the hardware cloth works great, I’ve got plenty left over. If y’all want to stop by it’s yours !

We loved this glass for our gas fire pit . The first time we bought them .Very pretty.We bought again , my daughter bought them as well .Her rocks started to turn black after the first use .I fear my new batch will as well .Not like the first batch I ordered two years ago .Also I ordered the 1/2 , the glass chips that arrived are 1/4 inch , very tiny .I melted them but may not be buying them again

This fire glass seems to be of very high quality. The color matched our patio scheme perfectly. This fire glass also includes some silver lined glass which really makes the fire glow. Adds a much nicer touch than just having the lava rocks. I put a small layer of lava rocks on the bottom (about half the 7 pound bag that came with my gas fire pit) and put all of the fire glass on top and it came out great. These seem expensive, but it was well worth it in my opinion. It really brought my fire pit to life and looks great with the decor

I ordered twice from the seller. I didn't purchase enough the first time for our fire pit and more than doubled the order in the second. The reflective glass is absolutely beautiful! We are very happy with our purchase and the quality of the glass. Not all pieces are 1/2" but again, this is broken glass, not uniform squares. The gun metal has a little bit of a bluish tint, which I was initially surprised but it actually matched very well with the stone of our pit. Mixed it with the copper glass. The product is truly beautiful when lit at night. Highly recommended!

Beautiful color -Caribbean blue. I do wish there were more size options. It would seem for the typical propane fire pits sold at the big box stores , that it would need about 13-15 lbs of glass. Considering this isn't cheap, I know have to purchase more than I'll use.Otherwise, the stone looks gorgeous. Lava rock is lame compared to these beauties. While most of the pieces are indeed about 1/2", there is more than just a few 1/4" and smaller pieces. I wish they screened and sorted the glass better.Overall it looks great, but I'll need to buy more and I'm hoping I'll get more of the sizes of glass that I order, and not 20% undersized.
