I ordered these transistors to use in my high school automotive electrical class.They look good and worked as expected.I demonstrated the transistors operation with my students.I supplied a 12-volt to the left terminal.Attached a wire to right terminal with a 194-bulb inline to ground.I then attached a wire to the center terminal with a resister inline to a switched power source.As I added power to the center, I was able to turn the bulb on and off.I am happy with the transistors, and they defiantly helped my students understand them.

They come loose packed in a box, but they all test ok, and they legs are all pristine.Great price, and they do what they're supposed to!In the case of a mosfet, That's pretty much all you need to know!Good stuff!
