Suction on bottom was useless. Didn't even work. The spinning handle got stuck so many times trying to spin it. While trying to spin it, the plastic broke where the metal grater goes, and I only made my 2nd snow cone. Returning, and getting an electrical one.

This shaved ice set has everything you need to start just not the sugar syrups but it works well and it includes plenty of cups and straws plus it just makes THEE perfect snow cones. My kids love it!!
