So, full disclosure, these were mounted in a very harsh environment, right on the beach, water comes right up the the house. I believe they are sold as 304 stainless, so I expect some surface corrosion in the first 6 months, but wow! Heavy corrosion, much worse than the all the other 304 stainless items put in the same place at the same time. Pulleys still spin ok, but zero confidence, I'm replacing. Should of made my own in the 1st place.

The bearings ride on a bolt that is too small. Making the bearings useless unless you replace the bolt for a shaft. The bearings feel and sound like trash, rough, noisey operation.Sharp burrs on every edge, poorly manufactured to say the least. Not work the asking price at all in my opinion.$5 would be more reasonable for this poorly manufactured product.

This pulley is exactly what was needed to hang a 20 lb. backpack leaf blower from the garage ceiling. With a 10 lb. dumbbell counterweight on the other end of a cable, instead of having to lift the 20 lb. blower to hang it on a j-hook, I attach the cable to the blower and pull down with 10 lbs. of force and connect the counterweight to a hook on the wall. Likewise, lowering the blower is just letting it down with a 10 lb. pull.

I used this to make my own cable weight workout station and they are smooth af and way better vale then the ones from hd. Don’t mess up like I did by thinking the hd would be any good, these actually have a barring and they work amazing.

Needed a heavy duty pulley for a garage hoist. This exceeded my expectations.

Looks well made. But there is no information on how much weight this can hold. I tried to contact the seller to ask, with no success. Without that information, not confident about using this for lifting objects from ceiling.

Strong and sturdy. Don't be fooled by the fact they included plastic wall anchors - they are the biggest wall anchors I ever saw. This has a thick stainless steel frame. We used big torx screws, could use lag bolts. Ball bearings are not sealed, but operate smoothly. Much quieter than the old sleeve-bearing pulleys these replaced, lifting loads over 200 lb.
