Owning a smaller car trash management has always consisted of placing items in the side door panel, or some sort of wandering grocery bag throughout the cabin…until now!This trashcan is the perfect solution and nestles right behind the center console in the backseat. It’s easily reachable from all areas of the cabin. For reference I drive a 2016 Honda Civic LX.The strap can be used to affix the trash can to the back of a head rest, but in my case, I was able to wrap the strap around the center console door. This makes it so the trash can doesn’t move and sits on the floorboard directly in the center of the cabin. What’s even more convenient is that when I need to move the can, the strap simply detaches from the can itself without having to remove the strap from around the console compartment door.Capacity is 2 gallons, which is huge for a small car, yet it doesn’t seem to take up that much room. The capacity is large, but the can itself does not interfere with leg room in the back seat and is collapsable for easy storage. I was able to sit comfortably without having to adjust my legs to not touch the trashcan.There is a lid, but it is designed so that it can remain closed OR open (see pictures).Great product!

There aren't very many uses for this little bucket. It holds things. In this case, it holds trash. It's about the right size for a vehicle, but it can actually be placed anywhere there's a need for a small trash can. I like that it's water-proof silicone, Even if the bag leaks (there's an included roll), it's not going to leak out of the can. In a vehicle, that a nice security to have. It's also pretty solidly made. It's flexible, but still sturdy. I ordered one for my wife's Jeep, and one for mine. We each got a different color. I'm not going to go into the "aesthetics" of a garbage can. It's trash, and there's nothing "pretty about trash.My primary concern is whether or not it's useful and/or utilitarian. This is both. It's also reasonably priced, given the amount of silicone used to make it. I know I'll be a good bit happier with this in my vehicle.Definitely a recommendable item.

Working out great, no more ugly grocery store bag just hanging in the back for my kids to use as a trash can. Now there is this nice looking actual trash can with a lid on it and its collapsible so if I want to throw it in the center console or glove box it fits just fine. Super easy to set up and put to use, fits a good gallon and a half capacity or so maybe more forgot to pay attention to the actual size of it but we are using 2 gallon bags on it just fine. Great price for keeping a clean look in your vehicle.

I really like this little trash can! I have bought a few different types of car trash cans and they all have their own advantages and disadvantages. The disadvantage on this one is just that it’s a large size so if it’s in the back of a small car it takes up a lot of room in the backseat. However, this has soooo many uses on roadtrips. Its silicon material is completely waterproof and has a large lid that can be opened a few different ways. It also would work really well as just a bucket to bring down to the beach for drinks and then use it as a trash can when they’re all gone! So great addition for last minute picnics. I love the strap making it easy to carry, and it’s so nice that it comes with little trash bags, although they do have a hard time staying where they’re supposed to around the lid. It’s flexible but a very sturdy material that will stay durable!

Overall is this is a good medium/largish trash bin for a vehicle. As big as my truck is, there's really not good spot to put a little garbage can. This can comes with multiple straps and attachments, so it made it easy to hook it up and strap it down. It even comes with a roll of garbage bags! The lid has a double hinge, so it can open one way then double back over for full access to the opening. My only minor complaint is that it's made of soft silicone, so it can't stand on its own, it will just flop over. This seems like a design choice, because when not in use you can just squish it down out of the way.

I’m using this for a trash can in the car. It’s advertised as a trash can and cooler. I’m guessing the cooler would work but the silicone would just sweat I presume. It comes with multiple straps for the different uses. Either way I wouldn’t alternate. I can’t imagine using it for both.I was pleasantly surprised that upon opening it popped right up and stayed structurally sound. Given the height I just thought it would collapse but it doesn’t. It’s fairly rigid for silicone. I love the lid. Easy to use for my kids in the back and for me in the driver seat. My center console doesn’t have an edge to strap around so I hung it from my armrest and it works well. I love that it came with a roll of mini trash bags. A plastic grocery bag works fine too if you have them. I think it’s a good price because I’ve paid over $20 for smaller, subpar ones before.
