So far I have not had any issues with it. I like that oil can be poured or sprayed. I don't really know what is in those spray cans of oil, but I know exactly is in this one - whatever it is that ~ I ~ chose to put into it.The only thing that does bother me - only slightly - is that the cap is attached to the bottle. It does not come off. That's a bit awkward at times. Otherwise, I really like it!

When I received the item there appeared to be water in it as if it was used, but I understand that this was due to t testing testing that was done prior to shipping. In order to clean and sanitizethe tubing and the spray mechanism I used rubbing alcohol. The alcohol when sprayed came out as a fine mist. When I filled the bottle with olive oil it sprayed as a stream instead of a mist. The viscosity or thickness of oil is the reason why you cannot get a fine mist out of this sprayer. You cannot create enough pressure to make a mist without pressurizing the bottle. otherwise it worked as expected for me, knowing that I was not gonna get a fine mist. The bottle did not leak in the pouring function worked as expected. It was not messy. The updated function of the latch instead of screw off top was unnecessary and added a new leak point. When I popped it open to refill the bottlethe oil on the gasket started running down the side of the bottle . I recommend and we’ll buy this product again.

I got the 2 in 1 Olive Oil Sprayer for Cooking , Light-Blocking Olive Oil Dispenser Bottle for Kitchen Spray and Pour, 16oz/470ml Dark Amber Glass Brown Bottle, Upgraded ABS Cream Cap Oil Mister for Air Fryer for smoking meat and for misting cooking oil on my pans to better moderate how much I'm using when I cook. Sometimes I pour poorly and use too much oil so I'm hoping this will help solve my problems. I love the amber glass bottom as it will help keep my oil nice and cool. I also like how lightweight the mister/pour is. The spray function seems to work just fine right now, but I've only had it for a couple days so I'm unsure how that will function over time and whether or not the mechanism will degrade over time. So far so good though.

UPDATE: After the original review about the 2 in1 oil sprayer, I received another oil sprayer without a hinge and I'm happy to say that it does not leak. It feels sturdy and, because the top isn't as high, it is easier to grip and spray. I'll give the sprayer without a hinge 5 stars.ORIGINAL REVIEW: The handle on my old oil sprayer broke so I ordered this 2-in 1oil sprayer for olive oil. Only the updated version, which has a side opening on a hinge to refill it, was available at the time. Upon receiving it, it seemed like a nice idea not to take off the entire top to fill it, but it leaked around the hinges the first time I used it. We checked to make sure that the gasketwas tight inside, but it was fine. I like the size of the glass bottle and how the sprayer feels comfortable to hold, plus the plastic cap and handle feel strong enough not to break, but it is disappointing that it leaks. Perhaps I received a defective one. I think I wouldrecommend getting one that does not open on the side because maybe chances are greater that it won't leak.

This 2 in 1 oil dispenser works really well with no leakage. The spray function is easier on my hands since you use your thumb from the top rather than squeezing with your fingers (like a different oil spray bottle I have) which is what I really appreciate about this. If you have arthritic hands and/or neuropathy this may be a good option for you as well. When pressed down you get a nice even mist of oil so not too much at a time in one spot.The amber glass bottle has a decent thickness to it and I haven’t had any oil leaking from the top. The pour function works smoothly and cleanly.I’m using avocado oil in this so I opted to forgo using the olive oil stickers but it’s nice that some are included. Note that they state “oil olive” rather than “olive oil.”I have no complaints or issues with this and recommend.

Good idea for a product. Very attractive price. Good design. Nice features. Low quality.The glass bottle is very good. It is a bit thin, and not dark enough to protect from sunlight, but it is solid bottle of good volume.The lid, unfortunately, is made of soft plastic (ABS?) that feels low quality. The sprayer is of the disposable kind you'd find in cleaning supply bottles. For the price, it would have been acceptable, but the lid is attached to its base with a thin strip of plastic that was possibly damaged, because it ripped half way as soon as I opened the lid (see picture).I really like the "drip free" spout design, but the cap that covers it is inconvenient to use, and overall, I cannot recommend this product because it will not last.

The first unit arrived completely shattered; it was shipped in a thick paper mailing envelope with minimal padding. The replacement arrived promptly, and after washing and drying I filled it with grapeseed oil. Just FYI - it comes with peel off labels to identify what oil is in the container, which is useful if you have more than one of these. The spray is wide, has a horizontal pattern, and is nice and fine, with a few droplets mixed in the spray. There is a slight dribble (one drop) after spraying that runs down the front. When pumping the spray lever, the side handle flexes a bit, but while noticeable, does not cause issues. The glass container itself is large, which is nice, but also thin, as I could see by the first broken one I received. It will not take a drop onto a granite counter; but is not slippery and easy to hold with the side handle.
