This is an essential tool to add to your bike tool kit. Have used at least half a dozen times on my own Nikes and friends and it works flawlessly. The machining is top notch and it just works so smoothly. Super nice!

Good kit. The tool worked well for cutting and crimping the ends, made a clean 90-degree cut and inserted the needle end effortlessly. Can't go wrong if you do your own bike maintenance.

I'm not a bike shop and I don't need (or want to pay for) pro tools. But I do like to do my own repairs and upgrades. I recently put an adjustable riser stem for my handlebars and now one of my brake lines is too short. The local bike shop wanted me to leave my bike there for a week or two to do the work. Since I didn't want to give up my bike for that long and they wouldn't book a time and call me to tell me to bring my bike in I decided to do it myself.The tool worked as expected. It pushed the insert into the tubing just fine. Maybe a pro quality tool would have done it easier or better, IDK, but this worked.
