Got these in the hopes including use it like to shut my neighbors dogs up because apparently my neighbor is either deaf or just a bad dog owner. Their dogs bark for hours on end and they could care less. I figured this may shut them up. I figured wrong. Even at 3am when that mutt has been barking it's head off the whistle had absolutely zero effect..

I have 7 dogs around my house in various houses. When 1 dog barks they all do. The whistle had stopped all of them except 1 dog. This is NOT a silent whistle- not sure if the owners are hearing the whistle and quieting their dogs or the dogs are reacting.

It didn't even elicit his attention, after a prolonged period of effort. It didn't even register with him at all. There was no improvement in the quality of sound or performance, and the value was not reflected. The product failed to meet expectations.
