These are perfect for just above my bed.I am able to read in bed with no issue and the battery lasts a long time.They are a good brightness and I like that you can change the tone of the light as well.Overall, I would recommend this product!

Remodeling the living room. They came today and I'm excited to get them up and running. My wife's hobby is paint by numbers and they turn out amazingly. I've turned them on and held it up where they will be placed, and they light up the painting very well. I love the remotes. Manufacturer states 10 to 36 hours. Which means got to use them only on special occasions or charge them every night. We'll let you know how that turns out.

Being that get 2 of these for the price and they can be placed almost anywhere you want light without any wiring, I'm rounding my overall rating up to 5 stars. The brightness and color options are great. I like that you can turn them on without the remote and that they can be used even when charging. The mounts attach to the wall, but the lamps are removable so you can charge them somewhere else in case you don't have an outlet nearby. The included remote lets you set the brightness, color temp and even set a timer, so not to waste the battery.There are a few minor cons which had me knock a half star off... First, while the touch power button does let you tap between colors (or turn it off) or hold it to increase/decrease the brightness, it doesn't activate a timer, so it may be easy to use up all the battery when you use it. Second, the remotes require you to be very close to and directed towards the sensor to use them, this does let you set each light separately (even in the same room), but it reduces the convenience of having a remote.Overall though, I like them, they add a nice bit of sophistication and light to my room.

I was looking for a black picture light for a painting that had a higher-capacity, rechargeable battery. I looked at several but most were either too small, too ornamented (I did NOT want gold) or had a smaller-capacity battery. That said, I wasn't actually looking for two lights but when these lights from the Elavika Store with all of the features I was looking for, popped-up, I decided to order them and I am very happy that I did. Let me just say that these are excellent lights and compared to other picture lights I saw, they are an EXCELLENT value too! Five Stars!

This set of two "Battery Operated for Wall 6 Colors, 16 inch Wireless Art Lights for Painting" meets all the product claims. The remotes work on either light. There's a label on the side stating that the remote works best if you point it at that specific side. That can be a bit tricky, since it's on the side that could be facing a wall, so you'd have to walk across the room to point the beam from the remote to make contact.Just a day after I ordered this set, I saw another version of battery operated, picture lights that come with magnetic stickers (along with hardware if you want to screw into the wall.) The ease of using magnets to attach the lights to the wall seemed easier for me, especially since the lights need to be removed for charging unless you have a very long charging cable and access to an electrical outlet near where the pictures are hung.The hardware requirement of this product is more than I wanted to deal with. It's not just a packet of screws with anchors like I thought, but there are metal plates that need to be installed on the wall. It didn't see like it would be effortless to remove the light for charging.The lights and the remotes function perfectly fine. I just prefer a less complicated hanging hardware strategy. So, I ordered the lights with the magnetic stickers and I'm very happy with them.For now, I have not installed these light.

Looked nice at first. One Of the hinges wouldn’t hold up and the on/off switch didn’t’ have enough range to be useful.
