Excellent for inside door latches! Made with actual stainless, but worked out great for small lightweight door. This was used in a double swing water heater enclosure to keep things cinched up when not in full open service position. Sturdy and threads responded well to thread locker to keep from unscrewing and loosening up with the clasp.

These latches are going to be used to hold two sheets of plywood together. Upon initial inspection, they seem well built. Having an adjustable latch is helpful in case the holding tension needs to be increased or decreased. The package I got did not have screws which would have helped but were not shown in the pictures or description so I'm not concerned. Having an area a lock could be installed is nice but since my usage will be indoors, I'm not using the lock portion. Installation of the latch was easy and secure. Being able to adjust latch tension made final tension on the latch easy to set.
