The product is working well so far, with the only real concern being the ability for the adhesive to hold up over time. I'll update the review if I see any concerns with that in the real world. Otherwise these are simple to install without damaging anything and provide some peace of mind if you have a TV on a stand or dresser and little ones running around.

This Kovosch 2-pack safety straps kit comes with two web straps and four anchor pads. The straps are 3/4" wide and the length adjustable. Measured from screw hole to screw hole, the maximum length is 41" and the minimum is 4". At each end of the strap are metal anchor plates with a screw hole in them. The straps attach to the object to be secured and to the base using 2-1/4" square, clear plastic anchor pads that have a built-in machine screw. The pads have adhesive pre-installed on them. The strap's anchor plate hole slides over the anchor pad's screw and is then secured by both a finger-wheel nut and a hex cap nut for extra security.Although the entire system seems strong, the pads' adhesive is likely the weakest link. Be sure you are attaching it to a smooth surface so it has a lot of surface to grip and that you thoroughly clean the surface prior to sticking them in place.Also, please keep in mind that this system will only prevent the top of the secured object from tipping out in the direction away from the straps. The object can still tip in the opposite direction towards the straps. Additionally, if the base of the object is not secured, the base can still slide in any direction.

These are ideal for securing something so it won't tip over, such as TVs on a bedroom stand that is a little too small for it. We purchased a new TV for the bedroom but couldn't find a replacement for the 19inch set we were removing. So we upgraded a little but the screen is bigger. Our cat likes to jump on the stand to look out the window and before it was not a problem, but now she knocks the TV off. Thank goodness it made a soft landing both times! I decided I needed a little more than just something sticky on the feet. I secured this to the back and wrapped it around the window latch and secured it to the attachment sticky to make the wire taunt. Perfection! So far it has been over 2 weeks and the cat had used her 'perch' 6 times I have seen and who know how many I haven't seen. The TV has not moved at all. It was easy to do once I worked out the distances. A good deal.

These straps are long and very strong stainless steel straps. The come with adhesive patches that you can add to your TV and furniture at the height you desire to help prevent a tipping TV. They are great for added safety so that a heavy device doesn't fall on your child. The installation was quick and easy and it serves it's function perfectly. For just a couple dollars a pair it is a no-brainer for value and helping to stress less about one more thing that could harm your baby.

these straps are just a pice of mind i would not tust them they are good if you have no kids or pets get something more sercure if you have kids they are fine for me because it is just me.

This is a good stop gap if you are unable to secure suing screws for whatever reason. I have a kid and the TV worries me. At least, this is definitely safer than nothing, though who knows how strong the adhesive really is. I imagine they have tested it and found it holds up!

I have a very purchased similar products to before to anchor my large TVs. For large items, this is not as good as other brands. Those other anchors come with an assortment of screws that fit into the TV mounting holes, ensuring a secure attachment to the TV. These don't come with mounting screws and relies solely on the adhesive pads. This makes it better for small TVs, monitors, cabinetry and other non-large-screen-TV items.It's easy to install because it's just a nylon strap with small screws that attach to sticky pads. To anchor items that have no other anchoring holes/hooks, this functions very well. It seems strong and the adhesive seems like the same type that came with my shower mounting hooks. Those stick on and seemingly never come off and I suspect this will do that same.These are must-haves safety items when your toddler starts grabbing everything. Just makes whatever you adhere it to isn't painted and doesn't peel away (ie. particle board, cardboard, etc.)

Being that I work from home and have multiple monitors and TVs in my apartment, these Kovosch safety straps are perfect for our expected toddler. They are super easy to put on with the peel and stick attachment clips. The clips look kind of thin, but that's perfect since it helps it wrap around and stick curved surfaces like the back of my monitor. The steel wire looks plenty strong enough to keep my 32 inch monitors from toppling over in the event the toddler tries to climb on my desk. If you have a minor stand, you can even forgo using the stick on bracket and wrap the wire around the monitor bracket directly. It was pretty easy to secure the cable by tightening the hex screw in the wire clamp. Also, instead of using the stick on bracket to secure the monitor end to the wall, I drilled a hanging hook into the wall stud and looped the wire through the hook since I don't know how much strength the adhesive bracket has on a painted wall. Other than that, this is a complete and simple kit to use.
