I like to pretend I have a green thumb and every year, that means filling various planters and hanging pots in the spring and bringing in some of my plants to try to over-winter them in the late fall. I always seem to procrastinate too long in the fall and end up having to do any cleaning up or topping off inside my house, usually on the dining room table which is really messy. I'm exciting to be able to use these mats extensively later this year for that purpose. In the meantime, I've already used them for some craft projects and some spring cleaning tasks where having a large waterproof place to work while sitting at a table has been really useful. I've been using one of the two when I water my indoor plants to put underneath in case I accidently overfill the pots to catch drips.The large size is truly large. Plenty of room to be able to transplant or do other soil-based activities without worry about spillage outside of the mat. The snaps used to create each corner are large and sturdy. The edge is fully wrapped in banding that provides both some additional structure for the "bowl" shape as well as a nicely finished edge against the plastic tarp material of the mat itself. The tarp material is a little thinner than I might have wished for, mostly to provide more support to the sides, but it is more than sufficient with regard to being fully waterproof and puncture resistant. Best of all, the price for two is a real bargain!

This is a good sized potting mat. The simple design of snapping the corners together is such a great idea. It's thick enough and big enough to me useful.The only down side is that is must be shipped by rowboat from China. I was starting to think it would never arrive. I took off a star for the slow shipping. But happy that I got it and I will use it a lot.

This is a great fabric for repotting small plants inside. It keeps all the dirt contained within itself, so the mess is easy to keep in one spot and doesn't get all over the place. It fits well on a table to do the job. If you're looking for repotting small or medium-sized plants indoors, this will be very helpful.

These potting mats are a lifesaver if you don’t have a dedicated gardening space. I use them right on my kitchen counter and stove-top to re-pot houseplants and up-pot garden seedlings—no dirt mess! The snap-up corners creating walls which help keep everything contained. When I’m done, it’s easy to pour out the extra soil back into my bucket without spilling - this is a serious game changers for me!Each mat gives you about 30x24" work area—plenty of space for a couple of 8-inch pots and are great if you are gardening with more than one person. They’re made of sturdy, waterproof tarp material, super easy to clean, and fold up flat for storage.If you’re looking for a simple, mess-free way to garden indoors, these are a must-have! Trust me... I used to use newspapers -- hahaha what a mess that was.

This product just ended up not being right for me. Much larger than I anticipated which is my fault for not checking dimensions. I thought It would be for just small indoor pots but you can definitely fit two larger pots within the mat when it's buttoned up. Was simply larger than my desk had to use it outside on the floor. The material is waterproof and sturdy. Wet dirt will stick to it and is hard to get off.

Finally! I can transplant and start seeds in the house without making a huge mess! This mat is large enough to have a few pots as well as my bag of dirt and a few tools. It also accomodates a seed tray, which is very handy. I like how easy it is to snap the corners together, use it, then unsnap the corners to clean it up after I bring it outside. Finally, because the corners all unsnap, storing is a breeze. It folds up thin enough the store easily

So glad I got this! I have many houseplants and need to repot them every year. I usually do it on my kitchen counter and make a mess. I’ve needed something like this for a while. It was much larger than anticipated, but in a good way. This makes things so much easier and contains the mess while re-potting my houseplants.

They are easy to use. The size is enough to put my trays and work with soil and seedlings. I don't have to worry about spilling soil on my dining table. They also fold away nicely. I find other uses. I use them when I need to clean and trim big bunch of vegetables. I also use it when I peel whole bag of garlic.
