Wrong screws included. These need flat head screws but countersink screws are included. Otherwise these worked well.

It works perfectly with the original mounting holes and catch. I pop riveted it on, and the holes are the right size for the rivets as well.

Latch failed on folding ladder. 1 mo ago replaced defective latch with this one ( which is much stronger construction than OEM). Still holdin’.

I bought these "Stainless steel " claso to dog down a new helm panel on a ocean going vessel. Very substandard. 304 Stainless steel is not supposed to be magnetic. The clasp I received are.
