I use my impact driver for things I am supposed to use a drill for (to include drilling) because it is much easier for me to use and I just like it. I have bought bits in the past that work in an impact driver, but always find myself needing a drill bit that I don't have. No longer, these solve that problem and I am able to use some (not all) drill bits now.There is a smaller and a bigger one of these. The smaller is really only good for small drill bits and things that are pretty small. However, the bigger one takes drill bits of a decent size (not as big as a 1/2 inch drill can tho).To loose and tighten you just turn the head with your fingers and there are threads on the post that open and close it. Kind of weird to operate at first and I honestly thought that it would just turn because it does not seem strong enough to hold the bit but it does.Overall, I am glad that I ordered these and added them to my adapters for my impact driver.

This chuck bit is the easiest way of adding a smaller chuck head to your drill or impact driver. This allows me to use bits with round shanks on my impact driver, and I can get into narrower spaces where a larger chuck won’t fit. I believe it’s a good addition to my arsenal of tools, and it’s a good value at ten bucks for a two pack.
