Awesome, sturdy and well made. I use one of them inside my glass countertop convection oven. Its convenient to have one on the counter to let food cool.

I’d hoped to use these in my air fryer for thinner fries, which fall through the straight line grill I have in my device. These racks are a good size, but they’re slightly curved with the middle being the highest point. In my air fryer, I tried using them upside down, and while the fries didn’t fall through them, they didn’t cook as evenly as I hoped, and the fries stuck to them more than they would a straight grill. I didn’t deduct stars for that, though, because they ARE good cooling racks, high quality, sturdy, shiny, etc., and the slightly domed shape worked perfectly with cooling off my boule straight from the oven. They allow a nice lot of airflow underneath.

JUST AS I HOPED!!The 11" option is a good replacement for the bottom grate on the older 'Turbo Oven'.Even if you don't need another bottom rack, it's nice to have one with a 'checker-board' pattern so smaller pieces of food don't fall through the 'single direction' grates.It's sort of hard to put into words, but if you've ever tried to cook something like breaded clam strips or anything else that's somewhat long and narrow, you find some of the food falling through because the convection fan blows it around. You don't have this problem near as much with these 'checkerboard pattern' grates.The construction of these seems to be WELL above average (with 'average' these days having poor welds and thin material)That's the positive aspects of this product.As for the negative?This comes in a package of two, and I only needed one.I wouldn't have had an issue paying half this price for one grate, but being forced to buy a pair for twice the price is tough on this senior citizens fixed income.Still....Being by myself, I use this Turbo Oven quite a bit as a standard oven and an air fryer. Eliminating the problem of food falling through to the bottom of the cooking unit makes it much more versatile, and takes some of the sting out of the price.

Must have IMO.I`ve been using trivets for a long time and these 11" raised racks are very handy.Being raised, these racks help with cooling off the pan.Easy to mount on most any wall.
