Great length! The colors are awesome! The egg is perfect for stashing smaller dragons in. No, the egg is not impressive. It is black. It has a light sprinkle of glitter. If that isn't adequate for you, add some more of your own...it's pretty easy to do. I have several bottles of glitter nail polish that I use to "pump up" some of my less colorful dragons. That is not necessary for this dragon. The colors are vivid and well done. The dragon is not delicate but should be handled carefully. I do collect these dragons. I play with them too. Maybe it's my second childhood, but I'm 84 and I say you're never too old to have fun!!

I am so taken with this purchase because it of the iridescent colors and the way the layers are just beautiful. She has a prominent space on my table. My granddaughter is still playing with the bonus gift sent.

It is a beautiful dragon. Good value for the money. Made well, perfect size and my youngest great grandson will love having the egg to keep it in.
