These pre-formed corner units are great for flashing common leakage points on doors and windows. When used with self stick window flashing, these make great water tight corners for setting doors and windows. The seller's web site/YouTube has an installation video that shows how to install super water tight windows and doors. A bit pricey for what you get as there is only one supplier for these.

Exactly as described per seller, I will recommend this product, when this product is installed properly will prevent water damage around bottom of the doors.

The Lightning Flash XL works not only for windows (which is what it's designed for) but also can be adapted to provide flashing for 4X4 posts already in place and supporting overhead loads. Two pieces caulked and nailed to the base of the post protect against end grain rot of the post as well as against deterioration of any supporting framing. I used Lightning Flash XL to flash 13 posts--and the framing under those posts--when I recently replaced the decking on my gazebo, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome.

These preformed flashing corners are awesome. They make for a near dummyproof install that is watertight and their compatible with my water/air barrier system. Doug at TLS is great to work with also. I highly recommend the corner flashings and will use them on all my future projects.

This stuff is good. It allows you make a water tight pan sill for exterior doors and windows that's not only water tight but also seals off outside air.

Works great for creating pan flashing on site for window and door openings. Flex flashing does the same job a bit quicker, but at $175/ roll that's a significant cost factor. These allow you to use a much less expensive product, like Vycor 9", and quickly get the same water proof results. Easy to install, cheap, functional. My only regret is they are not available at my local lumber yard, I asked about them and they look at at me like I had three heads. Why must I order everything from the West coast and wait for shipping? And pay for shipping. Still a better value to me per window than any other option.
