Does not work. I needed to get unlock a closet. And this ‘tool’ was a waste of time and money.Does. It work. I would return it but it came as a pair and I can’t find it. It had to switch to taking the molding off etc. I can’t find it and stuck with the cost

Excellent. The CNC edges are a little sharp but hit it with a nail file and it’s perfect. Works great!

A tool every home should have, and it's handy around the shop as well. I keep one of these in the house to open internal doors that have been inadvertently locked in case of an emergency. I used one of these all the time as a Sheriffs Deputy/Fireman and I recommend them to everyone. It is a 2 pack so you can put one in your shop/garage and you will find many uses for it. Highly Recommended.

These firefighting entry tools provide for a relatively easy way in an emergency situation to bypass a locked door from the outside as long as the door lock does not have a dead bolt. There are several videos on youtube.com that demonstrate how to use this very same tool. They are made well using stainless steel, and have that cool factor with the USA flag stamped on the side. The cost of $10 for two is a decent deal. Good to have around just in case so get some practice in before you need to use them.

Good little addition for any FF’s forcible entry kit. My crew and I use this a lot on those nighttime alarm calls when the key holder won’t show up or for the lift assist calls and you don’t want to bust grandma’s door up with the irons. I have zero problem recommending this to other FFs to add this to your forcible entry kit

Works very well on residential and commercial lock sets. It's less than half the price of similar tools but, and this is a big but, tool does not have the finish of other product. It appears to be punched metal. The edges of the tool are not finished as smoothly as they should be. I would not use this tool without firefighting or extrication gloves. I'm going to spend some time with a Dremel tool and some polishing compound to take down the edges.
