This was a great little hot beverage dispenser. Kept things hot, spigot worked well, etc. I use it on the weekends for my coffee business. But I just added coffee to it this evening, less than 3 months after receiving it and it’s leaking from the seam at the bottom. Very disappointed.

So I originally loved this stainless steel lined container. I used it to hold hot water for tea while it steeped. Glass jars just couldn't handle the stress of boiling water! But I think I filled the container too high one time and tea leaked into the liner. Then it started leaking tea on the counter when I filled it. Then it started HOLDING the tea between the liner and the plastic exterior. Then when I would transfer the cooled tea into a glass container, it would taste funny. And even when I cleaned out the unit, I would let it set for a day and tea would "magically" appear in the bottom. It was leaking back out! Now I know where the funny taste was coming from! Then I bleached it and tried to use it again and the spring in the handle broke. That sucked!

The hole for the pour spout at the bottom of the canister is set a little too high. In commercial grade dispensers the hole is tucked down at the very bottom of the canister, but this one is set about an inch too high making it impossible to completely drain. It’s not a dealbreaker, however, it’s just a little annoying.Beside the spout issue, this insulated canister holds temp really well! And I like how the legs can flip up so it can be placed into a pillar stand if desired.
