The locking mechanism would latch but the bolt holes for it wouldn't line up.

Overall, I like it a little too much movement up-and-down. But back-and-forth it's sturdy. It'll work for my purposes

No issue with the sissy bar. Looks good on, no issue with the install. You will need the inserts or covers for the mounting studs for a snug fit. I used high speed waterproof tape and got the fit I needed. Overall I am happy with the part and mostly for the look.
