This is oddly satisfying to roll in your palms. I brought it on a road trip and it helped chilled me out. I have not used this for childbirth, but I did use a comb, and this would have been better. I have also found it relaxing to roll on my back with essential oils, not for deep tissue, but for surface level calming/fascia release. I was expecting something more like silicone; this is 3D printing material, but it works.

These are really great tools to help with sensory needs. Especially if you are sensory seeking. The spikes are pointed enough to satisfy a pain stimulation, but does not break the skin. This has really helped with my kids' emotional regulation as well. I highly recommend!

I keep one downstairs and one by my bed, so they’re always nearby when I need them. The plastic is firm and durable, and the spiky texture gives just the right amount of sensation—enough to redirect my focus without causing harm.While I haven’t reached the point where I needed to use them in a high-stress moment yet, just having them around has helped reduce that urge. They’re simple, discreet, and easy to grip—definitely worth having on hand if you deal with anxiety or sensory overload.

These are great for stimming and pain sensory. Great as an alternative to self-harm. I do wish they were a firm silicon vs. hard plastic, but they work ok. If you squeezed it hard enough, it might be able to actually do some damage, so I’m saving them for my adult clients rather than kids.

I love this great pain fidget. They are a very good size for the palm of my hands. The spikes are sharp enough to satisfy my needs without injury. I like to roll it down my arms. My only complaint is the attachment point for the chain. It cause the chain to wrap around the end of the fidget. Overall this is a great product and I will buy it again.

This item is absolutely perfect to helping reduce stress and provide my hands something to do when in uncomfortable situations.It will not break skin, even at the hardest I could possibly squeeze it. My favorite way to use it is to roll it between my hands and on my arms while using grounding breath exercises.Sometimes the keychain attachment can get in the way of use but it is fully detachable so it’s not actually an issue.The colors are accurately depicted in the image and the size is absolutely perfect for carrying in your hand without causing too much distraction.It is absolutely totally awesome product and I recommend it for anyone sensory seeking or in need of extra physical distraction in social settings.

This ‘fidget toy’ is perfect for anyone who enjoys a little pain stim, someone who struggles with SH, derealization, or issues like skin picking/hair pulling/hitting/biting. The toy is small enough to fit perfectly in the palm and to hold tightly. The spikes are durable and sharp enough to leave small indents in the skin, but they will not puncture the skin. You can squeeze it in your hand or roll it on different body parts for a little stimulation. Tbh i love rolling it gently on my forehead/face. it’s very helpful for grounding during moments of panic or anxiety.This comes as a two-pack and each toy is attached to a keychain so it can be put on bags, backpacks, lanyards, and keys. It is just a 3d print but it doesn’t really have filament marks or anything like that.Although it is designed to be a safe form of self-inflicting pain, I would not give this to someone who you worry about seriously hurting themselves without supervision. E.g. it could be great to offer to an autistic person as a form of harm reduction if they are having a meltdown, but i would only let them keep it if you know they can be safe by themselves.
