It definitely is 100% duty cycle, I let it run for weeks continuously without any problems.

Ahh, the satisfying "Clunk" when the coil is engaged - music to my ears. The build quality is good, all the metal parts are of adequate thickness. The screw terminals tighten down securely. The plastic base is sturdy and does not look like it would crack if mishandled.There is a lot of play in the armature, the contacts could slide during use. I also noticed that the N.O. contacts are out of alignment slightly. Another review mentioned this, so it's likely that they are all this way. Not enough to be a concern, but it is a quality issue.The coil resistance measured 48 ohms.I like that the cover attaches with a single screw instead of fragile plastic clips.

My plan for this relay was to use it to switch a low impedance low efficiency speaker between an AV receiver and a high current amplifier.The relay is large and feels solidly made. There is a loud "clunk" as the relay engages. My milliohm meter registered 0.000 ohm resistance for both the NO and NC contacts. The contacts, however, are off center, and the NC connector on one side appears to be touching the center pole by its edge only.My project calls for two relays, and so I bought a second unit. It was exactly the same as the first in every way, so there is consistency in the manufacturing process.For my project, the relays work very well. I question whether they can handle an 80 amp load, though, given how little of the one NC connector actually makes contact with the center pole.

These are every bit as good as the name brand. Has a dust cover which is nice. Tighten down two finger tight otherwise more brittle black plastic base will crack

The advertised relay at 80 AMP doesn't match the capacity of a 20 AMP relay.
