Very sturdy and well made. They're a tad long for my purposes. I'm using it on a decorative candle light that takes C7 night light bulbs (LED). And I fashioned a lampshade from a decorative paper cup using this. The LED gives off no heat so it's not dangerous. The hardest part was bending it open a bit more, so it would slide partly down the candle. It wasn't stable if it was only touching the light bulb. A smaller version would've worked better. Maybe a c7 or c9 version someday?
