If your 2014 1500 was made before 8/14. This harness won't work. After 8/14 is when factory started to pre-wired for these harness. The mirrors I bought came with a harness that I have to hard wire in.

Took so much time out of job that I didn’t have to add the pins and connectors my self just had to feed these wires in and connect took minutes.
