RP-TNC Connector Characteristics and Details:
This can be used to mount the connector (and thus the cable) on the wall of a network enclosure (to weatherproof the cable connection ) or mount the connector on a case, panel, or Printed Circuit Board (PCB).
Weatherproofing: Seal the hole where the female connector is mounted, by placing an O-ring between the wall of the enclosure and the bulkhead nut & washer on the female connector.
RP-TNC is a round screw-type connector, with nickel-plated brass.
Nickel-plated brass is the best plating alloy for corrosion resistance.
RP-TNC is similar to BNC except that whereas BNC has a slotted mating collar, RP-TNC has a screw-down type connector. RP-TNC's screw-down connector performs better than BNC in the microwave spectrum.

The photo suggests a LONGER antenna than the stock ones on a WRT54G... but these are the length same junk. I doubt you'd see any signal gain.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

They worked in the sense that they did easily replace the original antenna that cam with my bluetooth adapter. I could not tell any difference in the performance.

The antenna on my Linksys WRT54G router broke, and this was a prefect replacement. It's omni-directional and dual-band, with a good gain, and I do believe it's improved the performance of my wireless network noticeably. I am happy you can find these instead of having to pony up for a replacement OEM antenna that's much more expensive. Very satisfied.

I received this promptly, and it looks useful and well constructed. I ordered this to replace a broken antenna. Unfortunately, I did not confirm the type of connection, and this did not fit my device, so I will have to return it.

There's nothing special about this. It's an antenna. It will work for any device that has a female port.

So I accidentally bought the wrong antennas here and these won't work with my raspberry pi. But, I do have an old router that these fit so I was able to test the fit and they attached just fine. Antennas are pretty simple things, but I can say these felt just as nice as any OEM antennas I've played with. The pivot hinges have a smooth but firm movement and seating when bent up or straight. So they seem nice, unfortunately they just won't work for my needs today.

I have an old Netgear wireless adapter that has a relatively short antenna. It works, but the connection speed varies. Replacing the short antenna with this one seems to make the connection more solid and consistent.
