Good selection of pads --both grit grade and quantity. I used these to polish a badly-pitted LED lightbar. I forgot to take pictures before I started so the "before" photo here is from a security camera in my garage and not the best quality. It still shows how opaque the lens was. I probably got about only 50% the original brightness out of that light.I started with the 80 grade pad (60 was too gritty) with a cordless drill and used some Mothers Mag & Aluminum Polish and soapy water throughout the process. After working all the way up to the 5000 pad and washing and drying the plastic, I applied several coats of Meguiar's Keep Clear Headlight Coating to seal/protect the plastic. The "after" pictures were taken with my phone and really show how clear the lens is now.I also used these pads on the headlights on another vehicle. Here, I found it better to hand rub as opposed to using the cordless drill because I was etching faint circles into the plastic. It's possible I just had bad technique (too much pressure) or that this particular plastic headlight was just easily scratched. In any case, it got the job done. I recommend this product.

It's a good kit for all of your sanding needs, but mine was missing the 3,000 grit for some reason, which is a bit of a bummer 😞
