I was very hopeful for these because I do have a higher arch, and my feet can get uncomfortable if I am in flat shoes for too long. I got these hoping it could make my mules more comfortable and it did help some. I do think these inserts in particular work better in heels though, whether that is a kitten heel or a 4 inch heel. Now this still made a difference in my flats, don't get me wrong, but these are great for that pair of heels that you love, but are just slightly too uncomfortable. Also I was scared to put these in my shoes with the adhesion, I was worried it would damage the sole, but I am happy to report that it does not! I tested these in an older pair of heels, and that is perfect honestly, because it is a bit tricky to get the placement just right. This is perfect though, because you can peel it up and adjust as needed. Also being able to clean these and reactivate the sticky part is incredible. You can have these all the time in a favorite shoe, or if you are like me and collect shoes you can switch these around quite easily! The only thing I would recommend is to lightly wipe the sole of the shoe with alcohol beforehand. I found that helped this to stick a little better. Now obviously this could vary based on your shoe soles so use your own judgement there. I have cheap shoes though and sweaty feet, so wiping with alcohol was perfect to make the adhesion last all day.

They are comfortable feeling, however, they do not work well in shoes. The description says they can be used in shoes but sadly, they don't stick well to the fabric of tennis shoes/running shoes. I only ever wear shoes so, these do not work for me. If you're wearing heels a lot, these would be perfect! But, if you want to wear shoes, you're better off getting full inserts.The arch is quite high, by the way. They are one size fits all.

I have relatively high arches and have used various gel arch supports over the years.I used to work on my feet in heels all day. Post pandemic and change of career, my feet just aren't used to prolonged hours in heels anymore.With these gel arch supports, I can get more comfort.It can take a few tries to get them placed in the perfect position for your foot, but the adhesive helps with this and holds up well.They're also washable and reusable.We're all so used to wearing shoes that don't have adequate support, so it might take a bit to get used to, but the relief is worth the getting used to.Will definitely order more for other shoes

I tried these and another type made by this company that were thicker. For me, these were good, and I liked the shape of these better than the thicker rectangle shaped ones. However, these are .39" thick, whereas the others were .59' thick, so it really depends on the amount of pad you want in the shoes you'll put these in, and how high your arch is.Although I prefer this company's higher-arch pads in walking shoes, for heels, these were admittedly better, I think due to the shape.These make a positive difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day, and that makes me happy!

Definitely does help my arches. Specially in heels. Gives the nice comfort that I need. Makes prolonged standing so much easier. Would definitely recommend anyone to get these with stilettos. It’ll give you the right amount of support and cushion for your feet. No issues with the adhesive slipping or popping off the heel either. Works for both open and closed heels.

These inserts work better for some shoes than others. Some shoes are too narrow or too wide. But it works well if you get the positioning just right. I have arch pain because so many shoes nowadays don't have proper arch support in their insoles and this helps mitigate that issue.

These arch supports just the right size and stick securely to the shoes. The material is comfortable, you can barely feel them while they provide the perfect amount of support. I love that they’re reusable and easy to clean without getting damaged, which is a big plus. They stay in place securely all day, something I’ve often had issues with in similar products, but not with these. They’re ideal for heels, which is how I mostly use them. The clear gel is almost invisible, even in open shoes, and they really help relieve tired feet.

I’ve been using the Gel Adhesive Arch Support Inserts for a few weeks, and they definitely provide pain relief and comfort, especially for flat feet and plantar fasciitis. They work best in shoes with flat insoles, as they may feel too supportive and uncomfortable in shoes that already have a curved insole.One downside I noticed is that they didn’t stick as well in my office flats compared to other shoes. While they stayed in place okay in other types of flats, they didn’t adhere quite as securely in my specific pair. It’s a minor issue, but worth mentioning.Overall, these are a good option for extra arch support in flat shoes, but they may not work as well in shoes whose insoles aren't 100% flat. They’re definitely a useful tool for daily comfort, but not perfect for every shoe style.
