My husband is a bartender, so he works with bitters bottles at work. Sometimes he likes to take his own bartending tools to work with him. He also likes to have a home bartending collection. This adds to his collection as well as giving him the option to bring his own bitters bottles to work. he likes how these 'pour' the liquid, he says it's the right way and does dashes, like it's supposed to. They are a good set for sure. My career and flair bartender husband approves.

A thing this set offers that the other sets don't are the nice black sleeves that keep those holes covered in the dasher tops--prevents some gas exchange or even evaporation, however small it may be. The bottles are thick and sturdy, and the center of gravity of the wide base helps keep them upright with a lot of resistance to toppling over. The metal dasher tops are a nice touch, and are very consistent providing dash size while also being easy to clean. The different colors is also a nice tough; helps separate the flavors if you match color to your main recipes. The funnels are a touch of overkill here--1 would be plenty but I appreciate the attention to detail. They come well bubbled with protection, seem like they will last forever. Overall, easily a 5 for me, and a must have for any cocktailian with respectable home bar.
