Fits directly over top section of garage door and attaches to built in strut on the door section. For models 9100, 9600, 5120, 5140. Works with Wayne Dalton 9100 and 9600 garage doors as well as 5120 and 5140 doors.

This product works great if you install it correctly and when garages goes up it looks perfect you don't see any pulling it just works. Make sure you put it on top of the garage and over the smaller part and longer part goes up front. The screws that they sent, they are too small so I went and bought some at home depot and it worked great. You also have to adjust the hanger that connects to it. I also did extra screws just in case. Some people I belive installed it wrong and that's why it broke off.

One broke within a couple weeks, the rivets ripped out. Doubt the other lasts long. Doors go up and down easy by hand.

Rivets broke off the first try had to drill out the rivets and put in 2 nuts and bolts to get it to work
