I bought this as a adapter for my 98 GMC with a 6.5 L turbo diesel GM engine my original gm8 turbo went out and I replaced with one from a Caterpillar 3126 the only problem is the oil feed hole in the bottom of the flange fitting is not nearly big enough I'm going to have to drill it out other than that it's an okay product

Ended up not using it for the turbo as the fittings with it are the softest aluminum. I was worried it would come apart if I torqued the turbo side fitting on the aluminum base plate. Used it for oil pressure sensor relocation instead and had a local parts store custom make a hydraulic hose for the turbo instead.

I ended up having to buy a new one because it sat against my exhaust manifold and burnt it, causing an oil leak.

Right length; correct ID and OD. Mount is a 7/16 -20 so, don’t think you will find an adapter if needed. Got this hose for an oil pressure gauge- not for a turbo feedline. Cheaper than a custom hose. Works perfect.
