You need to gently crush a small amount, but then it snap fits to the motor case. Seems to reduce temps while running.

They are thin enough that they can actually reach a 24 mm even though they come from the factory at 25 mm obviously you have to squeeze them together slightly. Very adequate for a 380 370 390 size motor

These fit 380 sized motors perfectly without modification. Plus they make a noticeable difference in motor temperatures.On 370 sized motors, slight modifications are needed because the 370 motors have a smaller diameter than the 380s. I was able to bend one into shape using just my hands.As with all heat sinks, I highly recommend using thermal glue. It doesn’t take much, but it will insure your heat sinks stay in place, especially on 370s.

Had to cut about 1/3 off the length and grind off 6-8 teeth to make it fit a Latrax Teton and not block the air vent in the motor. Also need to bend it quite a bit, it's too wide otherwise.Seems to work good now.Glad you get 3 just incase the modification doesn't work out.The low star rating is because it doesn't at all fit a 370 without modification.

Well made and easy to install on my XLF-03A from Banggood. Time will tell if this helps with heating up issues from my 2845 brushless motor.I used thermopaste to fill in the gap between the heat shield and motor.
