I installed it myself on a screw-on tip. Had to use a drill press and used a file in a vise as a makeshift lathe. If you don't have any machinery, you will need to have it installed at a local pro shop because it is hard. It is performing great! First game in my 9-ball league, I got the 9 on the break. No issues with miscues. Scuff with 60-80 grit and it accepts chalk just fine.

The tips were a little bit difficult to initially get mounted and scuffed enough to hold chalk; but, once done they work great
