This is a good quality and sturdy paint tray that can accommodate a short handled 4” roller and comes with a bunch of liners if you don’t want to have to wash the tray. I used it for touchups and since the primer and paint weren’t in it very long I was able to wash and reuse the liner. The tray doesn’t hold a tremendous amount of paint given it’s only 2-1/4” deep, but on a bigger job, I’d also have a 9” roller and tray too. Oddly, the the roll-off area (the ridged/ribbed section at the top) is flat so paint doesn’t drain back into the reservoir. That can leave a pretty saturated roller for touching up small areas. The reservoir is also pretty flat, which means paint isn’t corralled to the bottom of the pan. The liners are of decent thickness and I like that they fit another 4” pan I got on Amazon. I appreciate the peg hook hole on the top of the tray, but I won’t be using the included 1” paint brush. I’m more particular about brushes than paint trays.

I have 4" trim rollers and I usually use a 9" tray when painting trims. I found using the larger tray to be cumbersome, especially when working with a paintbrush. I can't carry the tray with one hand while painting with the other hand. This 4" paint tray makes it so easy to paint trim. The tray is small and light, and I can carry the tray with one hand while painting with the other hand.I have had tray liners that are very thin and will collapse if there's paint in it. These Crozzfog paint liners are fairly thick and strong. You could use one for those light touch-ups, even without the paint tray underneath. The liners are a clear plastic. You can read a newspaper through the liners. I did find 5 of the liners were a bit cloudy but that did not affect their use. All the liners have a textured ramp to help remove excess paint from the roller or paint brush.The tray, itself, is also plastic and it comes with the typical tray legs to keep the the tray levelled. It has a deep trough to hold more paint. It also has a textured ramp that mimics the liners. The liners are an exact fit for the tray. The tray also has an inverted T hole for hanging. This is at the top of the tray. The inverted T hole was not very strong—it was broken when I got it. Not a big deal since I don't plan on hanging the tray.This tray and liner set makes painting trim easier and are now part of my painting sundries,

I have to say, I’m really impressed with the Crozzfog Paint Tray and Tray Liner Set. These trays are perfect for my smaller painting projects, and the disposable liners are such a huge time-saver. this is great for test patches or murals or other small jobs with one colour but not for a full wall really due to size. The trays fit in each other. seemed durable and works well.

This multi-pack of trays is perfect for me to tackle all of my various painting projects in my new house and not have to worry about cleaning up in between each project. I can simply toss the tray when I'm done with it. They are sturdy and not super flimsy, so I could easily carry the tray around with me as I'm painting trim, doors, cutting in, etc. Will buy again if I need more in the future!

I used these to paint our bathrooms. They're strong and durable enough to use by themselves. Actually, I rinsed the one I used out and used it over and over. It's still in good shape so I'll end up using the same one again on another project.5 stars.

These paint pans are a nice set of liners, comparable thickness to my local big box alternative but 30% cheaper! They have3 a larger fill and drain area, sit stable when filled and are easy to clean. Also did I forget to mention they are 30% cheaper than big box alternatives.

The ad says that these are heavy duty disposable paint trays. They weren't kidding! I have had disposable ones before that were either very flimsy or very brittle. These are neither! My only complaint is that they are a little shallow, so, depending on the job, you may have to fill it more often.

These disposable paint tray liners are perfect for getting projects done. No mess to clean up, just toss the liner. The plastic they used is flexible enough to mold nicely into the paint tray while also being thin enough to crush down into a garbage can when you're done. I see no reason not to get these again when I run out. At this price, it's a good deal.

I ordered the 12 pack 4" paint tray liners. I received 6 paint tray liners and a small paint brush. The liners are very thick and heavy duty. I have not used them yet, but I do not see any reason you would need to use these as liners. You could use them as the trays. I will probably reuse them and not use as disposable liners. They are not flimsy at all. The listing doesn't mention this other than you can see it in the images, but there are two straight wells going at an angle where you roll your brush. That is a smart design to allow the paint to drain as you roll off excess paint. I am going to be painting old wood furniture to sell soon, and am trying to accumulate the tools and supplies I will need. These will get a lot of use.

This is a great set of 4” paint pans. The pans are a nice thick plastic. There is a small brush that also comes with them. I got them for my 4” rollers that we use often. I will be set for quite a while!
