The quality is good as yet , though the packaging was unbranded, so it's a bit difficult to gauge the brand's reliability. That said, as long as there are no issues, no complaints from my end. I enjoyed the first peg of Black & White blended scotch whisky last night!

I have all sorts of silicon trays to freeze ice balls, but these make it sooo much easier and I don't have to worry about them taking on the taste of other things in the freezer. Quality product and having the case is a really great idea so they aren't rolling around in the freezer drawer or touching other things and picking up residue.

I like my scotch and whiskey cold. I have tried rocks, ive tried the big silicone ice cube makers, but these hands down hold the cold the best. Whiskey rocks barely last for a drink, but these stay cold for at least an hour if not more if you use it in a yeti (which i do for my water during the day.) highly recommend.

These are perfect for iced espresso or iced coffee, which is my use case for them. They remain cold for a good amount of time as they are hollow with some gel inside.Some other products don't have the gel inside and are not as effective. This one is. If you hate diluting your iced coffee too much, this is perfect for you.Also, easy to hand wash.

Having tried the plastic version of drink chillers, I hoped these Premium XXL 55mm Stainless Steel Whiskey Balls would be somewhat better. They turned out to be significantly better. Once frozen, I dropped one ball into a half glass of room-temperature water. The ball cooled it quickly. I left it in the glass and the water stayed cool for over an hour. It's winter in the northeast region of the US; in the summer I would expect the cooling speed and duration to be somewhat less, but still good.The balls are hefty and well-made. Note the dimensions; they're quite large and will displace a noticeable amount of liquid. They work well for the type of drink served in a low, squatty glass. A pair of tongs would be very helpful if you plan to use these a lot.The reusable pouch is a plastic bag with information printed on it. It's an attractive bag but I'd prefer a cloth bag for storage. The balls arrive in a silicon box that's perfect for the freezer and fine for storage.
